Check with your music colleges in your area. Master Classes are typically hosted by conservatories or music guilds. If you have someone in mind already, you can check his/her website to see if any Master Classes are scheduled. Keep in mind that the qualifications and availability of the expert giving the Master Class will determine how competitive the auditions are. A Master Class with someone who has performed in prestigious venues and has recorded for major labels will surely attract a lot of applicants. http://www.ammusicedfoundation.org/what-is-a-master-class.htm
